Jahnke Sullivan & Toolis is pleased to announce that we were awarded a judgment against Palisades
Collection LLC in the amount of $28,563.04 for repeated violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and several sections of the
Bankruptcy Code. The judgment included an award for $25,000 in punitive damages as the creditor repeatedly harassed our client, a consumer
and chapter 7 bankruptcy client.

for a corporate client that was not paid pursuant to a contract, despite full performance.

Jahnke Sullivan & Toolis is pleased to announce that we have obtained a $59,100 settlement for
a steel manufacturer that was not paid pursuant to a contract, despite the manufacture and delivery of products to a commercial vendor.
04/07/10 ~
Jahnke Sullivan & Toolis is pleased to announce that we have successfully defended a wrongfully
accused worker in an action for breach of a non-compete agreement. Dan Burke was wrongfully accused by EComputer Inc. of a breach of contract.
After arbitration, the panel decided in favor of our client Mr. Burke. EComputer Inc. did not challenge the award and the case was dismissed.
04/06/10 ~
Jahnke Sullivan & Toolis is pleased to announce that we have successfully defended a wrongfully accused
consumer in an action by American Express against a consumer. Our client was wrongfully accused by American Express of failing to pay a debt. After
arbitration, the panel decided in favor of our client. The case was voluntarily dismissed thereafter.

$550,000 settlement on behalf of an injured motorist. The motorist suffered neck, back, and shoulder injuries in the accident.

judgment against a contractor that did not perform pursuant to a contract with a homeowner.
