of a client who owns a refrigeration business. The client performed work and was not paid for his services.

Jahnke & Toolis successfully represented a property owner in a suit against their
insurance company for “loss of use” payments after fire damage destroyed the property. The insurance carrier
wrongfully withheld payments from the property owner and suit was filed for breach of contract and the insurance
company settled.

a client in a case stemming from injuries relating to a battery. The client was viciously attacked while watching
football in a local establishment. The case was settled without need for trial.

of an injured mother of two after an auto accident, wherein the driver of a company vehicle failed to stop and struck her

return of property after a defendant wrongfully withheld payment and security equipment.

of a consumer against a bank. The consumer was financially harmed when the bank cashed a forged check despite knowledge
that the check was high risk.

to the business owner's clients and denied coverage for the services rendered. The settlement was reached without need
