Jahnke Sullivan & Toolis is pleased to announce that Christopher Jahnke was able to obtain a $700,000 judgment on behalf
of a Plaintiff who was attacked and beaten outside of a gas station. The perpetrators, unprovoked, punched, kicked, and rendered the victim unconscious in a random
act of violence.

Jahnke Sullivan & Toolis is pleased to announce that Tom Toolis and Christopher Jahnke were able to obtain a verdict in favor
of the Plaintiff after TRIAL in Federal Court in the case of Simmons v. Ocwen. Ocwen violated the automatic stay in bankruptcy and refused Plaintiffs' claim for damages.
Judge Black awarded Plaintiffs damages and attorney's fees after Trial.

citizen that suffered a broken femur and several lost teeth. The senior was transported to the wrong medical facility by a medical transport company and left
there, before suffering injury due to a fall.

was discovered.
